Landlord willing to include basic leasehold improvements including replacing missing or broken light bulbs & light lenses , replacing missing or broken ceiling tiles, warranting all electrical, plumbing, & HVAC systems in good working order on date of occupancy & a professional cleaning of unit including steam cleaning any existing carpet and waxing/sealing any vinyl tile.
