What is the most memorable sale you’ve made?
My most memorable transaction was a design/build deal with CFM Majestic/Vermont Castings. The process was very educational at the time, and watching the CEO’s negotiating style in a room full of executives was impressive. He is a very intelligent man and paused before answering questions. The time frame of his pause made people uncomfortable and they began speaking again and volunteering information that they should not have volunteered.
What interested you in pursuing commercial real estate?
I was always interested in the real estate market and had an affinity toward business to business transactions instead of the traditional residential sales process.
