Jason Vance is a Partner and Broker at CDN Global Indusite Realty, Brokerage. With more than 20 years of experience, Jason is a very active industrial real estate professional in the Greater Toronto Area.

Jason graduated from the University of Toronto in 2005 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Economic Geography — a foundation that continues to inform his data-driven approach to market analysis, site selection, and location strategy. He began his real estate career that same year, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties across the West GTA, and spent more than a decade building his practice at Binswanger Hectare before joining CDN Global Indusite as a Partner in 2017.

• Landlord & Owner Representation — Acting for both private and institutional landlords, Jason has secured quality tenants and maximized asset value for major portfolio owners including The Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada, GE Canada Real Estate Equity, Dundee Real Estate, and Georgian Properties Corporation.
• Tenant & Buyer Representation — Advising manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics companies on site selection, lease negotiation, financial analysis, and long-term occupancy strategy.
• Investment Sales & Advisory — Providing broker opinions of value, covenant and financial analysis, and disposition strategy for industrial assets across the GTA.

Jason's clients benefit from his deep working knowledge of commercial lease structures, market fundamentals, and negotiation strategy — from restoration clauses and tenant improvement allowances to TMI recoveries, and everything in between. His transaction volume across two decades gives him a rare, ground-level perspective on where the GTA industrial market has been and where it's going.
